Q:How to control the products quality?
A:We have Quality Standard and Quality Control Process (incoming Material Inspection--Procedure QualitControl---0utgoing Inspection), the standards of MTL-STD-105E and AQL2.5/4.0 are adopted during the process.

Q: What's the MOQ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 5tons.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A:Generally, if the order is less than 40 tons, it will take 20 to 35 days after prepayment. lf the order is more than 40 tonsthe delivery time can be negotiated.

Q: What is your terms of delivery and payment?
A:FOB, CFR, ClF, Express Delivery. Usually payment is T/T (30% as deposit), L/c at sight. lf you have other special paymentdemand,it can be negotiated.

Q: Can you provide free samples?
A:Yes, we could provide the free samples (small size cutting sheets) by express, but the freight cost will be paid bycustomer. lf a finished product sample is needed, respective sample fee will be charged according to our companysample management procedure. The sample fee will be returned after the order prepayment.
